About the event
Join Pivot Point NC's experienced instructors for a SUP session! Meet us at the dock for a What's your pivot session on the water. We'll identify and step into our own CORE values: What it looks like when you're stepping toward them : and how it looks when you're stepping away from them. Together, we will share a mindful moment of intention; Breathing in self-compassion & self acceptance; and spending some time on the water lovin' on ourselves!
